Job Description:

Are you a passionate coffee enthusiast who thrives in a dynamic and friendly environment? Café Aroma is searching for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly prepare a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
• Create latte art that adds a personal touch to each cup, delighting our customers with visual and taste experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to the café’s ambiance by engaging with customers and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a genuine interest in coffee.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in latte art is a plus – show off your artistic talents!
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
